Longtail Butterfly Ray, commonly known as Ikan Pari in Malay and 蒲鱼 in Chinese. A popular choice for Malaysian seafood dishes, stingray is loved for its meaty texture and ability to absorb the rich, aromatic flavours of marinades and spices.
With its firm, satisfying flesh, Longtail Butterfly Ray is especially delicious when grilled over charcoal with a spicy sambal marinade. It is also excellent for cooking asam pedas, stir-frying with sambal, or preparing traditional Malay-style seafood dishes.
