Wild-caught Blue-spotted Stingray, also known as “Pou Yu” in Cantonese. This is a seasonal catch, so availability may vary depending on the day's catch and it may not be available every day.
Each stingray is approximately 1–3 fish per kg.
Please note: The price is calculated based on the stingray's actual weight before cleaning. The body and tail will be removed during preparation, resulting in at least 50% weight loss.
